Do Less Studios. Websites, apps and automations that do the work, so you do less.

STUDIOS

We design and build websites, Shopify and WordPress, web apps, and the automations that quietly do your busywork.

01The idea

Lazy on purpose

We're lazy on purpose. If a task happens twice, it should happen by itself the third time. So we build the site, the store, the app or the automation once, properly, and let it carry the repetitive work from then on. You get your hours back. We get to be lazy again.

02Services

Five ways
to do less.

Pick one, or let us mix them. Most clients start with a site or a store and end up automating half their week.

03Before / after

Same week. Less of it.

Drag across a typical week for a small online business. Left is how it usually goes. Right is after we've automated the repetitive parts.

04How it works

The lazy method.

  1. 01

    Spot

We look at how your week actually runs and list everything that repeats. That list is usually longer than anyone expects.

  2. 02

    Plan

We pick what to build first, agree a fixed scope and a fixed price, and write it down in plain language.

  3. 03

    Build

Design, code and test in short weekly loops. You see real progress every week, not a big reveal at the end.

  4. 04

    Hand off

It goes live and starts doing the work. You get docs, access to everything, and us on call if anything breaks.

06Our Shopify apps

We ship our own.

Besides client work, we build and run our own Shopify apps. Same review process, same Polaris rules, same merchants. It keeps us sharp for yours.

07FAQ

Questions, answered lazily

  • We design and build websites, Shopify and WordPress themes and plugins, web apps and automations. Most projects end up being a mix of a few of those.

  • It depends on scope, so we quote a fixed price after a short call. Projects start from 50,000 LKR. No hourly meter running in the background.

  • Small automations can be live in days. Websites usually take a few weeks, apps longer. You'll get a timeline with the quote.

  • Yes. We work remotely, so where you are matters less than how clearly we talk. Calls are scheduled around your timezone.

  • You do. Everything is built in your accounts and repositories from day one, so you're never locked in.

  • You can take it from there with the docs we hand over, or keep us on a monthly plan for fixes, updates and new automations.
